Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, helping customers, and working collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and general cleaning tasks.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a positive shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
