Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will contribute to creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a neat shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and contribute to inventory management.
• Operate cash registers and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver courteous service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Experience in retail and familiarity with store equipment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and capability to work in a team setting.
