Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment
• Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure proper displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts and report any discrepancies
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
