Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you'll enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays effectively.
• Deliver excellent customer service while supporting team members and communicating with management.
• Participate in inventory management procedures and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess good customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
