Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean and organized merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and provide feedback on products and store issues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
