Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to create an inviting shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
