Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will uphold company standards and deliver outstanding customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team and management
• Report product issues, inventory discrepancies, and suggestions to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies while ensuring document security
• Complete assigned tasks diligently and professionally

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Capacity to work independently or in a team setting
