As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Help with inventory management, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures
- Execute general cleaning duties to maintain store standards
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently
- Capable of using store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrate organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
- Customer service skills and ability to interpret company policies
- Work independently and follow instructions effectively
