Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with the Aldi team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining product displays
• Providing top-notch customer service and assisting shoppers
• Collaborating with team members and communicating clearly with management
• Participating in inventory management and adhering to company policies
• Performing general cleaning duties

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
