We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Merchandising, stocking shelves, and cashiering.
• Collaborating with team members and management.
• Providing outstanding customer service.
• Assisting with inventory counts and monitoring accuracy.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
