Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI location. As a key part of the store team, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and maintain product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory levels and contribute to store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
