Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience, ensuring the store is well-organized, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Type

• Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

• $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory issues.
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to security and confidentiality protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Able to operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Capable of following instructions, multitasking, and working in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience beneficial.
