Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills) consistently
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and adherence to cash policies
- Follow company policies with a focus on security and confidentiality
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
- Able to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- Prior retail experience preferred
