Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By collaborating with your colleagues, you will ensure exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) on a consistent basis.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with the team and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands, including lifting and stocking items.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior retail experience is preferred.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
