Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean store environment, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to uphold ALDI's customer service standards.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide feedback to management on product quality and store operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient store environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently and safely.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
