Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, processing purchases, and collaborating with the store team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Position Type

Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and follow company policies.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and handling equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
