Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies while performing daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure organized displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and support fellow team members.
• Communicate effectively with store management, report any issues, and contribute to inventory management.
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies diligently.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
