Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an enhanced shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays following company guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
