Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Starting Wage

$16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and work collaboratively with the ALDI team.
• Operate the cash register, maintain clean store premises, and ensure product displays are neat and organized.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide feedback to the management team.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate equipment efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
