Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your focus on exceptional customer service and collaboration will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Experience in a retail setting is advantageous
• Strong communication and organizational skills
