Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a crucial member of the store team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and handle equipment responsibly.
• Meet all state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
