Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with store cleanliness.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient operation.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Prior retail experience is beneficial.
