Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Assist in monitoring inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Previous retail experience is preferred.
