Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will contribute to providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a neat store environment, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and store cleanliness.
• Follow cash handling procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous service and operate cash registers.
• Capability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• A blend of education and experience will be considered.
