Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week, starting at $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills while providing exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
