Position: Store Team Member

We are currently looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store presentation. Your contribution will directly impact the customer shopping experience and our commitment to exceptional service.

Job Type

Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and support fellow team members
• Communicate effectively with store management and contribute feedback
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and ensure data security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
• Ability to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior retail experience is a plus
