Job Description

We are hiring a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store operates efficiently.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
