Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively
• Communicate clearly with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Good communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
