Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and general cleaning duties.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and loss prevention efforts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
