Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
