Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store’s cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties as required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
