We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all patrons. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and adhering to ALDI's high standards of customer service.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and maintain displays
• Provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Assist with inventory management
• Operate cash registers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous service
• Proficient in cash handling
• Experience in retail is a plus
