Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As part of the store team, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
