We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and teamwork. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Contribute to inventory management and minimize losses.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
