Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member where you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with your team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI team values and professionalism in your role.
• Process customer transactions and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Skills in equipment operation and maintaining store standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
