Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member, where you will play a vital role in ensuring a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will handle tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to meet our high standards.

Position Details

• Full-Time position
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members
• Help in maintaining inventory accuracy and contribute feedback on products
• Follow company procedures for cash handling and uphold security standards
• Handle general cleaning tasks to maintain store cleanliness
• Adapt to various duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Experience in retail is preferred
• Ability to operate equipment and handle customer transactions
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work efficiently independently and as part of a team
