Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases accurately.
• Follow company policies and procedures, and contribute to inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate the ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Prior experience in retail is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
