Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and keeping the store well-organized. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and contribute to inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties according to standards
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
