Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to offer courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of operating equipment and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
