Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and offers exceptional customer service. As a Store Team Member, you will collaborate with the ALDI team, handle cash transactions, maintain cleanliness, and provide support to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Report product issues, inventory discrepancies, and operational challenges
- Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
- Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience is a plus
