Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment for shoppers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI core competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer transactions, maintain clean store appearance, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
