Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, maintain displays, and process customer purchases.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Ensure store cleanliness, monitor inventory, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain security and confidentiality, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment with efficiency and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience is a plus.
