Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Experience in a retail environment is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
