Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates smoothly. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with shopping, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts according to guidelines and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.
• Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Experience in retail and cash handling is preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask effectively.
