Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our valued customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain store security

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Capable of handling equipment and performing general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
