Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member and play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Store Team Member, you will merchandise and stock products, operate the cashier, and maintain the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping environment. You will collaborate with fellow ALDI team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
