Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Position Details

• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Assist customers with their shopping needs
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide feedback to management on products and inventory
• Adhere to cash handling policies
• Participate in store inventory counts
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate cashier equipment efficiently
• Capable of using store equipment safely
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
