Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains high standards of merchandising, customer service, and overall appearance. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and accuracy
• Follow cash handling procedures to ensure security and minimize discrepancies
• Adhere to company policies and uphold confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling
• Capable of meeting physical demands of the role
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Flexible to work independently and within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
