Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members
- Assist in inventory management and uphold company policies
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and maintain store security
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to offer prompt and friendly customer service
- Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently
- Follow company policies and procedures accurately
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior retail experience preferred
