Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold security measures.
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Experience in retail is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
